These terms govern use of polska2038.pl. By using the Site you accept them.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site presents the #Polska2038 program concept — a pro bono civic initiative on sports talent identification, provided free of charge.
Content (figures, maps, talent profiles, press quotes, social posts, partner logos) is illustrative and scenario-based — not official communications from the FA, Ministry, FIFA, UEFA or listed brands unless explicitly agreed in writing.
This is not a commercial offer, government site or official federation website.
1a. Open source and content licenses
Source code is published under the MIT License on GitHub (Polska-2038/projekt-polska-2038-pro).
Conceptual program texts in the repository are under CC BY 4.0 — see LICENSE-MATERIALS.md. Attribute #Polska2038 when adapting; do not imply official federation endorsement without a written agreement.

2. Users
The scout panel is a demo account — do not submit real third-party sensitive data without a legal basis.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, hacking attempts, abusive scraping, or form spam. We may rate-limit abusive IPs.
4. Intellectual property
Site materials are protected by copyright. Source code: MIT (LICENSE). Repository conceptual texts: CC BY 4.0 (LICENSE-MATERIALS.md).
#Polska2038 is used to present the program. Third-party logos on the demo site do not grant you a license to use them in your deployment.
5. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or completeness of demo data.
6. External links
We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Site.
7. Governing law
Polish law applies. Contact polska2038@proton.me before disputes.
